We are looking for a bright and ambitious Event Manager with good management and planning skills who would join our Recruitment Solutions team and help them to deliver on-site as well as virtual events all around the world on the highest professional level.

BONARD’s business is global, our clients are governments, consulates, leading international associations in the field of tourism and education, prestigious educational institutions, and the largest investors in the world for whom we organize top virtual and on-site events and business meetings around the world.

The role itself demands a high degree of self-sufficiency and ownership – the candidate will be responsible for full, end-to-end, project/event management which consists of active client communication, suppliers management, venue and platform selection, program planning, participants recruitment as well as close collaboration with our experienced Marketing team.
Interacting with esteemed clients, globetrotting, and engaging them at prominent events or their corporate hubs across global cities necessitates a mature and professional demeanor, coupled with an eagerness for continuous learning and personal development.

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Planning, preparation, implementation and participation in various virtual and on-site events and projects abroad (end-to-end)
• Communication with suppliers
• Organization of the logistics of on-site events
• Preparation of marketing materials
• Selection and recruitment of participants (management of email marketing campaigns and a team of calling and project assistants)
• Regular communication with the client throughout the duration of the project
• Managing and controlling the budget and reporting the results
• Evaluation of the event after the end
• Preparation of documents for offers and calculations
