About Us:

Join our dynamic team at Bolt, where we are transforming the ride-hailing industry in Slovakia. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and drive supply growth.

Role Overview:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our local operations, directly impacting our business's growth. You'll collaborate closely with our high-performing team, including the Operations Specialists, Operations Manager, and Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver Onboarding & Training: Assist new drivers with the onboarding process, ensuring they meet all requirements to join Bolt's platform. Conduct training sessions in our Bratislava office several times a week.
  • Driver Lead Support: Handle enquiries from prospective drivers, guiding them through document submission and other necessary steps. (Note: All calls are to interested drivers—no cold calling required.)
  • Operational Tasks: Manage essential daily tasks that significantly impact our business. Your role will start with foundational responsibilities, with ample opportunities for growth based on your performance.
