Job description, responsibilities and duties

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages and optimizes the integration of new platforms with customer-facing roles
• Manages the intersection of platform capabilities (incl. field force) with content, data and analytics to create frameworks to enable a data-driven customer journey
• Manages the overall campaign development and execution process
• Develops new campaign requirements, tests, production execution and quality control
• Defines campaign flows and business rules in partnership with ICE (Integrated Customer Engagement) team
• Aligns requirements for Customer Hub and associated digital services in campaign objectives and operations
• Plans, coordinates and manages campaign tasks with the teams in the region

We are obliged by law to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which amounts to € 42.117,32 gross per year (full-time) for this position. An overpayment is possible. Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

• University degree in Digital marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or similar

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:

• University degree in Digital marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or similar
• At least 3 years’ experience in multi-channel and digital marketing ( preferably in pharma industry)
• Experience in campaign management and digital marketing expertise, familiarity with content management, tagging and media coding
• Experience in using campaign management tools (in particular Adobe / Adobe digital marketing suite) as well as digital web platforms, Veeva iRep, Veeva Vault
• Understands basic production requirements for non-digital materials (e.g., brochures)
• Project management skills
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Full command of English language
