O. is carrying out activities in the Central and Eastern European countries, specializing in creating comprehensive communication of products and sales activities with the use of the highest quality original TV programs and adaptations of foreign formats. Due to the expansion of international markets, the media company is looking for experienced candidates for the following position:

New Business Director

a representative of the company in Slovakia

RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Conducting sales of TV programs and branded entertainment projects (eg., product placement, TV sponsorship, 360o operations)
  • Co-creating a sales policy in the CEE region and its implementation
  • Taking responsibility for the implementation of the regional sales budget
  • Close and effective cooperation with the Board, the team of employees and business partners
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum 5 years experience working in a media house / TV sales department
  • Documented results in achieving sales targets
  • Experience in working with and attracting B2B clients (preferable FMCG)
  • Experience in planning and execution of sales operations and implementation of brand communication
  • The ability to use sales tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Higher education
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Slovak languages
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of the television industry
  • High level of mobility and availability
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Self-confidence, high level of commitment
