As one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK, Blu Global aims to consolidate its position with the recruitment of Area Managers in Slovakia.

The role will involve:
• Providing general support to Recruiters who are allocated to the Area Manager, including day-to-day queries/questions, process issues and all other relevant support.
• Assisting the Country Manager to expand the recruiter network into additional targeted cities/areas in region, through group ‘Recruiter Presentations’.
• Carrying out reviews and holding monthly meetings with allocated recruiters.
• Representing the Company with Corporate clients/contacts, where a collaboration opportunity exists.
The person will need to demonstrate:
• Good general management and/or sales team management experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in a training/coaching sales teams would be a distinct advantage.
• ‘Can-do’ positive attitude
• Desire to grow with the business and be part of a successful team
