REGISTERED GENERAL NURSES to live and work in the UK
TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU ARE A QUALIFIED NURSE
This is an opportunity to work for one of the U.K’s most successful healthcare organisations that provide specialist care to older adults. The care facilities have recently been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and offer fantastic work conditions.
You will receive a warm welcome, industry leading rates of pay, a robust induction programme, ongoing training and support and help with flight and accommodation costs.
You will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the highest standards of person centred care are being delivered at all times by staff within the care team
• Perform all duties in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining registration requirements
• Overall management and supervision of staff within the care team
• Distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions
• Practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks including the safe moving and handling of residents
• Liaise with family members of residents, GP’s, health and social care professionals involved in the wellbeing of all residents
• Ensuring timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods
