Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensuring operation of the reception office;
- Keeping the guestbook;
- Showing in visitors and providing comprehensive information, giving advice to clients;
- Handing email and telephone communication, communication in English;
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, keeping records of all consignments in special books;
- Administrative works associated with operation of the reception office;
- Processing of incoming invoices;
- Arranging business trips on behalf of team members. This includes flight, accommondation, car hire, transfers and taxis;
- Ordering catering and office stationery;
- Support in arranging internal meetings, including associated rooms and facilities;
- Working with SAP;
Working time regularly during working days from 08:00 - 13:00.
