Check your future responsibilities:

  • Responsible for process of centrally allocating perishable products to stores, optimizing inventory distribution and maximizing resale levels for centrally allocated products,
  • Develop and analyze control reports to measure the effectiveness of allocations, implementing targeted actions for continuous improvement,
  • Estimate and allocate perishable products per store and region, ensuring precision and efficiency in the process,
  • Oversee the preparation and dispatch of merchandise orders to suppliers, managing the end-to-end delivery process from suppliers to distribution centers and onward to stores,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Commercial and Operations, for product proposals and forecast. Work closely with Logistics and regional supply chain structures,
  • Ensure optimal perishables products availability in stores throughout the accounting period, managing the flow and continuity of processes within the allocation management framework,
  • Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions for tool and system improvements, contributing to the overall enhancement of the purchasing management system.

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
ERP systems - Advanced

Driving licence

Experience in the position/sector

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics / supply chain on a managerial position
