Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Logistic operations coordinator will be responsible for:
Ordering of trucks for full truck loading of BIC products from 5 European BIC factories to Sered based on volumes provided by demand planning department.
Communication with production team in Sered and based on production output to order appropriate number of trucks for full truck loading from Sered to 7 European distribution centers.
Ordering trucks for less-than truckload from Sered to 8 Balkan countries.
Tracking peroration and ship on time performance, communication with customer services or distribution centers coordinators with objective to satisfy internal and external customers.
Truck utilization optimization.
Keeping Cost under control - Invoice control and validation.
Data preparation for logistic cost/performance control tools/reports.
