Job description, responsibilities and duties
Production planning experience in 3 shifts for serial production in automotive segment
Prepares and monitors production schedules containing details of materials and production, equipment in use, staffing, time required and quality
Matches workload, manning and production capacity to the existing inventory
Works with supply chain, logistics and production personnel to coordinate activities, improving daily operations to effectively meet goals
Analyses production workflow and real production output against planned figures and provides proposals for optimizations
Experience with JIT, OTD and with scheduling customer backlog in automotive segment
Knowledge of SAP and EDI connection within
Knowledge of MS office advanced
MRP system understanding
Needs to be a teamplayer, well-organized, self-motivated with strategical thinking, able to work in team but also independently
