Financial Controller

Job Description:

Preparation of management accounting reports, financial statements, forecasts, reports and analyzes for top management and international investors. Reporting directly to Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management reports in accordance with SAS and IFRS
• Preparation of annual Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS
• Monitoring of key performance indicators
• Providing accurate and timely insight into business performance
• Forecasting and planning activities
• Supporting best practice sharing and implementing further improvement projects
• Providing quality financial and analytical support to the management

Who we are looking for:

• Master degree (finance, accounting)
• Minimum 3 years of experience from financial audit firm in Slovakia (preferably Big 4)
• Very good knowledge of SAS and IFRS
• An expert knowledge of Excel
• Prior experience of SPIN and Essbase will be beneficial
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English
• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
