Sales Manager (m / f)

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the whole handling concerning the customer (first contact, offer, order, delivery, payment, After Sales, ...) and Customer Relationship Management with provided software
• Support of defined customers and projects analyze the customers needs
• Acquisition of new customers (e.g. Cold calls, company presentations, …)
• Regular analysis of the sales area (trends, competitors, products etc.)
• Responsibility for Accounts Receivable
• Avoidance of complaints respectively professional and economical handling of complaints particularly in the communication to the customer and preparation of all needed information for the back office to start the process
• Compliance of legal organizational regulations (legal guidelines, corporate commercial standard manual)
• Analysis and activities at variation of the budget

Your profile

• More than 3 years work experience in selling capital goods
• Experience within the commercial interiors industry, including dealing with all levels of management, architects and facility managers
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and professional manner
• You place a high emphasis on customer service, and you are a professional, goal-oriented and results driven network thinker with an above-average degree of dedication and independence
• Fluent Business English essential, German an advantage
• Driving licence
