Job description, responsibilities and duties

URGENT for start directly:
I am looking for a person man or woman to manage all the administration of my company in Slovakia. You must speak and understand English obligatorily and French is very much desired.
The tasks are:
- answer the phone
- processing postal mail
- complete the employee salary tables
- preparing documents and invoices for the accountant
- encoding transport records for invoicing in our TAS program
- management of drivers' requests
- etc ...

The company is small and does not have much work for now.
You must be present every day from Monday to Friday at the office but not necessarily all day.
We can offer 4 to 6 hours a day for example.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Primary education
Secondary school student
Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and French - Intermediate (B1)
