Sales Team Leader

The Sales team leaders main task is to make sure that smooth running of services with our current and new customers is met based on the requirements and full responsibility for your sales team. Your role as sales coordinator is very important part within the chain that is delivering 100% services to our customers in the field of transport and logistic.

What does this role include?
- Responsibility for your sales team.
- Building a great relationship with new and existing partners will be one of your main tasks.
- Based on the requirements from customers you will be in charge of finding a suitable solution.
- Monitoring current transports, ensuring that delivery of the services for the customers are met as per customers order including updates.
- Analysing different types of situation that may occur, possible solutions to be applied in cooperation with dispo department.
- Creation of price offers based on the requests.
- Actively monitoring current situation on the market and regularly sharing informations with your team/colleagues and dispo department.
- Processing the documents, reports and statistics on time.
