Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Country Business Partner is the right hand of the Country Manager in all business and functional matters. Your role will involve being the local challenger of business development as well as functional cost development. You will act in a community of other Business Partners and Controllers (BU and FU).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accountability for projects assigned by the Country Manager
- Accountability for functional budgets as well as their follow-up (reporting and forecasting) for regionally steered functions in Slovakia & Czech republic
- Responsibility for efficiency sparring and improvement with regionally steered functions in Slovakia & Czech republic.
- Support Country Manager with business & industry analyses
- Support global & regional controlling and other projects
