Administrative Assistant
Expanding Bratislava branch of an stable dutch logistic company is looking for a young, Administrative Assistant.

Your Administrative Assistant tasks will include:
  • Controlling of charterinvoices
  • Entry of different invoices
  • Handling of the Pallet administration
  • Controlling and processing the working and driving hours of the drivers
  • Daily communication in English or Dutch
Personality requirements and skills
We are looking for a person who is resolved, communicative, flexible with good time management, stress resistant, punctual and sharp. A proactive employee with:
  • Minimal two years experience in administration
  • Excellent knowledge of drive/rest hours
  • Knowledge of the load meters calculation
  • Basic knowledge of the transport legislation
