Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
1. Organization:
• In partnership with International Marketing Team /B2B responsible, define company card proposition, detail target audience and underlying unique selling proposition
• Implement the marketing strategy for Card in Slovakia and Czech Republic
• Set up concrete end-goals for all card marketing activities, partnering with local sales card team ensuring that all binds nicely and works together toward a common purpose
• Outline marketing tactics for local card teams and establish standards on how to implement them
• Benefit on international overarching content strategy, writing content guidelines for local execution (website, social media, CRM /newsletters)
• Develop and implement a lead generation marketing machine to support the local card sales team’s activity
• Generate awareness within existing and potential customers through a wide range of B2B channels including social media, events, CRM or PR + Plan, organize and implement local B2B online marketing projects
2. Management, forecasting and planning tasks:
• Active contribution for the creation of the Annual Card Marketing Plan in SK and CZ, with clear objectives, tactics to achieve them and activities.
• Implement current online platforms and opening new communication platforms to achieve Card specific business objectives, including implementation and content management of mobile applications
• Measurement and reporting of the impact of B2B marketing activities, from leads generation to direct marketing activities
• Proposes and implements new actions and ways to answer the challenges and to improve the presence of company B2B offering in the digital environment, following post-evaluations carried out in partnership with external suppliers (media, digital agencies) at the established frequency
• Audits, guarantees and ensures the best value for money for external service providers in the area of digital (i.e. choose and decide together with the BU head and International Marketing Team external suppliers of technical solutions on professional criteria).
• Communicates pro-actively with Card Sales teams.
• Ensure clear budgetary framework in order to deliver on commercial card objectives, reaching new and existing customers
3. Coordination:
• Provides day to day communication with Card Sales and CSO teams, while aiming to ensure clarity of purpose and aligned approach, thus optimal execution in the marketplace.
• Ensures effective communication and cooperation with external partners (e.g. media agency, digital agency, CRM providers, payment operators, mobile app providers) as well as crisis management in case of deviations from agreed /signed KPIs
• Interacts, develops and maintains internal relationships with other departments /divisions (IT,Transformation, Finance)

Personality requirements and skills
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the digital marketing environment.
• Previous experience in developing and managing Customer retention
• He /she is a passionate digital marketeer: a person with very good knowledge of branding, with proven
additional value brought to B2B brands via implementation of marketing activities, with an emphasize on
execution of digital platforms
• Previous experience in selling “products as a service”
• Process of capturing opportunities to improve the activity /proactivity in identifying them, including postmeasurement of the impact that it created in brand equity /financials
• Excellent abilities to initiate, coordinate and interpret data analyzes (analytical abilities, market research,
large data analysis)
• Excellent communication abilities
• Very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards
