Job description, responsibilities and duties

The human resources manager formulates short, medium and long-term human resources department plans in accordance with the strategic goals of human resources development at the group headquarters, supervises the implementation of the plans, and is fully responsible for the management and team building of the subsidiary human resources departments.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the annual work goals and work plans of the subsidiary human resources department, as well as KPI assessment indicators for department personnel
  • Expand the personnel rules and regulations and system level of the group headquarters to the subsidiaries, provide support and services to various functional departments, and realize the standardized operation of the human resources management system
  • Responsible for maintaining good communication and cooperation with department managers, and guiding department managers to train talent echelons and develop core talents in each department
  • Assist and promote the construction of various corporate cultures of the company;
  • Overall responsibility for the HR agenda (managing relations with employees, consulting and coaching, collaboration with the Group HR team)
  • Responsible for filling open positions, recruiting senior staff and supporting team building
  • Newcomers integrated into stable care
  • Formulate and implement salary and benefit standards to meet legislative requirements in the field of personnel and salary
  • Payroll management, attendance agenda
  • Employee education and development, talent management, performance appraisal
  • Comprehensive processing of labor law documents
  • Develop internal management guidelines

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Bachelor degree or above, human resources management and other related majors are preferred
  • More than 7 years of overall management experience in manufacturing human resources with a scale of at least 200 people
  • Have strong interpersonal acumen, execution ability and sharing spirit
  • Familiar with local labor laws and other relevant policies of the factory
  • Master human resources-related professional knowledge and skills, such as salary management, recruitment and talent recognition, performance management, etc.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
