Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- High-level design of delivered complex surveillance systems for enterprise/public customers
- Introduction of new product features to customers, help customer to select and configure products
- Training technical staff of customer, helping them improve the level of technology
- Communication with customers to resolve technical issues and provide "how to" training sessions regarding company products – camera security systems and accessory equipment
- Understand and consolidate customer demand for products, feedback to product department for product improvement
- Cooperation with sales staff during preales phase, analysis of the practical needs of customers, provide a complete project plan
- Processing projects: the bidding work, help customers make the tender documents, make project tender according to the required standard
- Cooperation with Sales Department to determine phase of the project to understand the real project status, forecast project risk and seek the solution
