Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Participates in developing department goals and objectives
- Facilitates and provides training to the workface
- Conducts new hire orientation
- Tracks employees attendance and vacations
- Provides input data for payroll processing
- Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs
- Reviews applications and interviews applicants
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
- Maintains company organization charts and employee files and information
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees
