Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Calculation of standard prices of finished products and semi-finished products
  • Daily check and calculation of the missing standard price in on-going production
  • Valuation of purchased components in SAP and its control
  • Responsibility for the monthly controlling closure with subsequent quantification of current center rates
  • Creating and updating the organizational structure of enterprise cost centers
  • Preparation of documents for prefacturing of overheads, direct and indirect costs (overheads) at centers
  • Responsibility for monthly cost control of centers and analysis of cost center efficiency
  • Tracking profitability of products and customers
  • Responsibility for monthly billing of production guides with the calculation of material overhead, incomplete production, production deviations - their posting and subsequent analysis
  • Cost monitoring of internal business orders - creation and monthly settlement of investment, sales and other intra-company contracts
  • Planning - the costing and performance planning process at cost centers and the calculation of center cost / tariff rates
  • Revaluation of inventories and creation of allowances for inventories
  • Creating and maintaining a database - the accounting and calculation data of all production materials
  • Applying parent company standards and requirements for center costs and bidding
