Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsible for coordination of all types of product movements and managing inventory, including all kinds of Inbound/Outbound (see, air, ground), Warehouse activities and reworks / repackaging of products
• Managing customs clearance added activities
• Categorising products for customs clearance purpose
• Preparation of transport and legal documentation
• Communication with customers about their requirements and solving problems and claims
• Returns processing
• Communication and cooperation with other departments and teams in order to reach a common objective
• Handling of ad-hoc daily issues and customer complains

- Experience in Communication to customs authorities
- Fluent in English, knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
- SAP, EXCEL, ACCESS – advanced, excellent in data gathering
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Detail – oriented, flexible, proactive team player
- Problem solving skills, with “hands-on” and “can-do” mentality
