Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible for coordination all type of inventory operations including Inbound & Outbound Warehouse activities and reworks/repackaging of products
Tracking of EDI and non EDI based inventory movements
Providing dates for 3PL capacity planning
Customers and Product Master Data management
Monitoring and solving IDOC errors
Support and provide Inventory analysis
Returns processing
Communication and cooperation with other departments and teams in order to reach a common objective
Handling of daily issues and custom complains

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably in similar position
Experience in Customer Service capacity with a Third-Party Distribution Industry
Fluent in English, knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
SAP, EXCEL, ACCESS – advanced, excellent in data gathering
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
Detail – oriented, flexible, proactive team player
Problem solving skills, with “hands-on” and “can-do” mentality
