Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

-  Collection, Analysis and Prioritization of Business Requirements regarding assigned SAP module (could be FICO, MM or PP)
-  Analysis and optimization of business processes in SAP and, closely with IT Department, processing/evaluation of relevant SAP change requests, for the specific module
-  Involvement both during SAP roll-out and day-by-day for supporting SAP delivery activities: analysis, functional design, user test, training, follow-up
-  Global support for the topics related to the specific module
-  Training and Support of final Users, Local and Regional Key Users [both for Incident Analysis and “how to” requests], through a ticketing system
-  Leader and focus point for any implementation process and roll out of specific SAP module

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

-   4-6 years of experience as a SAP Key User or in SAP Implementation/Transformation Projects
-   Strong SAP Skills in any of following moduels (FICO, MM or PP)
-   Deep analytical skills and a good understanding of operational processes in production, purchasing and inventory management and in general for the operational processes related to the specific module
-   Experience in meeting lead, requirement collection, processes mapping
-   Structured and accurate approach to work
-   Fluent written and spoken English
-   Occasional travelling
