Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Participates in creation and implements remuneration strategy

  • Responsible for remuneration proposals

  • Manages job evaluation process including on-the-job evaluation in the production

  • Prepares detailed internal and external data analysis and Annual Salary programs

  • Prepares budgets, statistics and reports

  • Responsible for budgets, variable pay policy

  • Controls application of benefits plan and proposes amendments to benefits plan

  • Co-operates in preparation social policy and implementation

  • Collects and process/properly forward employees feedback

  • Manages International mobility process in Slovakia

  • Cooperates in HR improvements projects

  • Manages payroll agenda and team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills


  • Preferably 3 years in C&B in process oriented company, ideally international company

  • Experienced in payroll and HR personal agenda ideal 5 years

  • Experienced in process definition and keeping in life

  • Experienced in team management is a must

  • SAP HR experience or other EDP system is preferred / HUMAN

  • Fluent in English

  • Good analytical and statistical skills

  • Proactive and communicative

  • Cooperation with other team members throughout the organizations

  • Integrity & confidentiality sense & ethics behaviour & lead by example

  • Precised & keeping deadlines & high quality of work

  • Technical Expertise – C&B knowledge, labor law, MS Excel and data work, SAP

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations

  • Project management

  • Driving licence B is a must
