Job description, responsibilities and duties

Managing the complete business with 8 employees, e.g creating the structures and acquisition targets.

P/L & Controlling

Acquisition of key clients, above all in the target markets: construction, manufacturing and related industries.

Creating the product portfolio under consideration of the market needs in cooperation with the headquarters abroad

Take care of contractual relations (rents, legal, etc.)

Continuous reporting to the headquarters

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

Several years experiences in managing sales, preferably with target groups in construction or related industries, e.g. logistics

Technical understanding, hands on mentality and service oriented

Understanding of the market needs in the field of renting out machines for construction and related industries

Excellent English (additional German is an advantage, but not a "must")

Strong management skills with high flexibility

Excellent appearance and the ability to represent an attractive product portfolio of a successful company

Strong sales drive and clients orientation

Analytical skills and thinking

High commitment and enthusiasm completed with high self- sufficiency

Outstanding communications skills

Ready to travel within Slovakia and sometimes abroad
