Monitoring In-Store excellence on a daily basis
Mapping and analyses of the retail structure
Setting and tracking KPIs for Trainers and Merchandisers
Ensure smooth communication between field and the company
Ensure fast communication and problem solving
Regional Promotion target setting, result management
Build relationship on target stores in the Region and report the Data from them
