Responsible for handling and following through with all customer inquiries

Monitoring scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery

Communicating product availability and price list information to customers

Registering customer orders and service jobs

Ordering goods from external/internal suppliers

Monitoring of stock levels

Receiving and handling claims

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

2-3 years of experience in within a similar sales support or customer support role

Active command of English language is MUST!!!

German language is an advantage

Computer literacy SAP, MS Office

Excellent customer service, communication and organizing skills

Ability to handle claims and conflicts, willingness and strong drive to learn new things
