Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Defines the technological & tools strategy with the development team of each project incl. risk assessment as opportunities for innovation and development excellence

  • Provide product support and other technical support to operational functions in the most efficient manner

  • Improve the effectiveness of the Company’s internal systems; increasing efficiency and optimize cost structure

  • Confer with management, production, and sales/program managers staff to discuss project specifications and procedures, consult internally, or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications

  • Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way

  • Set scientific and technical goals, KPIs, within broad outlines provided by top management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills


  • University education, preferably electrotechnical

  • 5 years in a related area

  • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

  • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming

  • Advanced level of English language is must

  • Extensive EMS background either in operations ,maintenance and/or test

  • Leadership experience in either operations or process community

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, VAVE

  • Knowledge of TQM methods

  • Background in testing
