Job description, responsibilities and duties
Taking orders and preparing offers for clients
Dispatching and invoicing
Coordinate the timeline and tasks for suppliers
Responsible for procurement operations – processing of client’s orders, requisitions, resolving invoice issues, change of purchase orders, rejections
Work with customer stakeholders, and company representatives to define invoicing requirements
Create and maintain user documentation and all related vendor onboarding processes
Perform and coordinate activities across countries in scope
To identify the best service solutions in order to increase the satisfaction
Communication with production and other necessary department
