Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Provides engineering support for new products serial production launch, participates on the realization of manufacturing readiness and productivity improvement
• Defines plant specific equipment - from technical specification to practical realization
• Assists the shift leader in defining Standard Operation Procedures for production operators
• Creates work instructions for assembly and delivery in cooperation with other teams and departments
• Prepares layouts of the process and equipments in the plant and keeps these up to date
• Provides administrative support within SAP, product files, laboratory reports, quality tests, transports
• Participates in technical feasibility studies, PFMEA’s, reception and verification of equipment, safety assessments, incident and accident analysis
• Organizes and supports pre-production and production runs with production team for new products
• Provides trainings to production teams
• Follows up engineering status and stock positions of semi-finished and finished products, components and special packaging
• Is responsible for management of serial modifications requested by customer.
• Organizes and writes all workstation instructions, manages and updates technical drawings and technical data sheets during the project phase

• Fluency in both spoken and written English is a MUST, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Analytical and technical thinking
• Good communication skills, teamwork, able to cope with stressful situations
• More than 3 years experience on similar position, preferably in automotive
