Manufacturing Process Leader – Injection Molding

The main purpose of this position is to define the process steps, systems and standards for the different product lines we have in EF&C in terms of injection moulding, by developing innovative solutions and advance manufacturing systems based on continuous improvement principles.

• Collect information from the different plants/products/processes in order to create a data base with the most important items to consider for the moulding process definition.
• Definition of the process and equipment standards. Supported by our EF&C best practices, advance manufacturing systems and continuous improvement principles.
• Define the strategy of the future process concept and the steps to achieve it nvestigate in the lastest technology for the development of the concept.
• Evaluate the skills of our moulding process engineers and define a training plan to upgrade them to the knowledge level required.
• Create work teams for the most important topics and a workshops calendar. We should encourage the team work and the communication between the plants.
• Support and follow up the plants in the definition, set up and improvement of the current and new process.
