Job description, responsibilities and duties

Overall Responsibilities:
• Quality management of product/production and new projects/products (PPAP)
• Evaluation of quality targets and periodic reviews
• Flexible response for Customer objections/complaints
• Responsible for tracking quality actions
• Capability of all measuring/testing devices
• Implementing of new measuring equipment / methodes

Responsibilities in charge of quality department management:
• Ensure the Quality department effectively serve customer.
• Cooperation with other internal departments and external subjects
• Analysing a reporting on internal scrap level / corrective action proposal
• Provide training and cross training for staff and develop subordinate employees
• Continuous improving quality process

Control company product quality, deal with Quality complaints & Issues from customers:
• Ensure Quality Problem be Solving in timely
• Ensure procedure for preventive and corrective action implemented.
• Response to customer ‘s concerns.
• Follow up and reporting of quality performance

Responsibilities regarding supplier´s quality performance:
• Implement Supplier Performance monitoring process
• Ensure new supplier audit and new material qualification
• Deal with raw material quality issue

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Mechanical engineering or quality management

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

• Familiar with ISO9000 / TS16949,(ISO14000) system requirement
• Familiar with Quality Management tools, such as APQP, SPC, MSA, 8D, FMEA, etc;
• More than 5 years experience in quality control of machinery industry, and minimum of 2 years experience on similar position in quality management
• Good communication and teamwork skills
