Providing customers with quotations
Dealing with Customer Technical and / or Commercial queries and complaints
Ensuring customer satisfaction in line with our Customer First directive
Ensuring that all enquiries and orders are dealt with in accordance with the quality manual
Contract review of orders for correct price, part numbers and conditions
Providing cover for other Internal Sales Engineers and the Telesales team in their absence
Liaising with customer requirements
