Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Managing the Finance department consisting of 7 employees
• Responsible for the Accounting
• Responsible for compliance with deadlines for the Financial Reporting and Planning
• Responsible for Cash Flow management and reporting, Budgeting and Budget follow up, Investment follow up, Tax planning
• Supporting the Board of Directors in reporting and communication with banks, authorities etc.
• Responsible for audit and cooperation with auditors
• Responsible for the IT system for bookkeeping and reporting
• Responsible for implementation of controlling procedures
• Supporting the implementation and coordination of administration procedures within the company
• Keep the Board of Directors informed of all material circumstances concerning his responsibilities

Requirements for the employee

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 5 years’ experience as Financial Manager in an international company
• Knowledge of international accounting standards

• Active knowledge of Slovak and English /verbal and written/ is must
• Active knowledge of Hungarian is big advantage
