Cooperating with international customers on a day-to-day basis
Building strong relations and working closely with the sales team
Handling inquiries, assisting company clients from abroad
Clarifying issues with regards the satisfaction of the customers
Administrating sales processes
Contributing on company development abroad

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Completed high school degree, a completed university/college degree is an advantage
2 years of experience relevant to this role
Active command of English and German skills- MUST!!!
Good oral and communication skills
Office related experience involving communication with Customers
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of SAP
