Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Creating, executing and leading internal support services and assuring its continuous development
Processing incoming correspondence, mail, invoices, CVs according to internal standards
Keeping records on personnel agenda, meal vouchers, handover protocols, property evidence and HSE protocols
Cooperating with accountants on submitting monthly attendance, incoming invoices, cash box, travel costs reports and any other agenda
Ordering technical means for newcomers, collecting office supplies purchase requests from all employees, being in touch with service providers (property, cleaning, water supply, etc.)
Supporting events, business meetings, interviews organized by company
Verifying and coordinating work of data operators, planning and optimizing administration human resources
Welcoming guests in the office, taking incoming calls
Assuring support to any other requests needed

Personality requirements and skills

Minimum high school degree
Understanding of accounting, payroll, administration principles is a must
Previous experience on similar position, ability to create and deliver exceptional internal service functions
Active command of spoken and written English, active knowledge of any other language is an advantage
“Nothing is impossible” attitude
Great communication skills, detail orientation, preciseness and target orientation
Strong PC literacy – MS Office is a must
