Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Support presales activities alone or in cooperation with sales team on a global level during webinars, conferences, meetings and conference calls
• Apply expertise in day-to-day technical activities during deployment, evaluation and support of projects world-wide including leading customer’s personnel in these efforts
• Communication of the project results, barriers, status as well as other related items internally and externally orally and in writing
• Travelling to client’s location for pre and post sales activities including but not limited to deployment of the communications systems (approx. 20 to 25% of work time)
• Complement organizational activities with creation of technical presentations and
• Documentation - Training of 3rd party personnel on installation and operation of the company’s systems
• Administration of customer systems and customer support

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

technical - ICT, software, microelectronics

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN over IP)
• Computer networking knowledge: IP switching and routing (L2 & L3 communications, VLANs and prioritization, standard use networking protocols (FTP, SNMP, DHCP, NTP, ICMP, etc.)
• Working knowledge of contemporary information and communication technologies
• Fluent written and spoken English( (technical english, presentation level)

Advantages:
• 2 years of full-time work experience in the ICT, SI, Utility environment an advantage
• Ability to work with Windows and Linux platforms (scripting an advantage)
