Job description, responsibilities and duties
Leads, sets up and controls the site’s HSE management program in the following areas: Safety, Working conditions, Environmental protection
Advises site management on HSE requirements and performance
Analyses accidents, incidents and occupational illnesses to set action plans with management
Evaluates working conditions and site conformity to the legislation. Advises plant management in case of non conformance in environmental, safety or working conditions. Proposes improvement of working conditions
Manages the safety audits and the Top safety observation program
Ensures site follows insurance requirements regarding fire protection and reports progress to local management
Trains all new employees on HSE rules and standards
Keeps all necessary documentation up to date
Advises site management on HSE requirements and performance
