Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Providing system and application support to users in Slovakia.
Delivering first line IT support to PC users in a production plant.
Configuration and maintenance of users accounts.
Installing hardware and software and running regular maintenance and updates.
Administrating LAN, and other relevant devices.
Supporting IT department professionals in administrating international WAN, servers, etc.
Debugging, incident solving.
Cooperating with international IT team to assure smooth IT infrastructure running.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Windows - Advanced
Windows server administration - Advanced
LAN/WAN administration - Advanced
Client/server administration - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Good understanding of consistent between applications and databases.
Professional experience in operation systems and applications PC installations and configurations.
Proven track of installing hardware in a LAN (scanners, faxes, printers).
Axapta, Aspect 4/kom and qlikview is an advantage.
Ability to work in an international team, fast learner, open minded person with can do attitude.
Knowledge of logistics, production and finance is an advantage.
