Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Acting as a company representative to interact with prototype requests from clients, advising them on design quality phases and lead them through related processes
• Taking into consideration technical, quality, budget and personal capacity of the company
• Being leader through execution and planning of a customer requirements and change requirements, supplier quality, budget for testing, gauge, fixtures, equipment, capacity
• Quality planning according to DFMEA, PFMEA
• Creating control plans, DVP&R, APQP, PPAP, EMPB
• Solving SPC claims - 8D, applying Ishikawa, Gemba
• Taking into consideration technical, quality, budget and personal capacity of the company

• Proven track of experience in design quality, or pre-production quality management
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position
• Understanding production processes, quality management systems ISO TS 16 949, improvement tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5S)
• Strong expertise, target driven, analytical nature
• Pro-active, confident and diplomatic approach
• Active command of spoken and written English, knowledge of French is a big plus
