Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Being first contact person for customer to process a claim
• Verifying company’s product non-conformities on client’s side and presenting them within internal teams and departments
• Preparing 8D report, creating team to detect roots of defects
• Managing internal teams while implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Keeping contact with a client, delivering regular reporting in an agreed way
• Presenting to a client results of 8D reports
• Cooperating with customer on implementing prototype and pre-production phases of new product families
• Applying continuous improvement principles, performing audits

Personality requirements and skills

• High School/University degree (technical background)
• Active command of spoken and written English
• Proven experience in key account/customer/residential quality management in an automotive industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position
• Understanding production processes, quality management systems ISO TS 16 949, improvement tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5S)
• Strong expertise, target driven, analytical nature
• Pro-active, confident and diplomatic approach
