Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
Responsible for receiving, processing and shipping of all order pertaining to his/her assigned accounts
Order processing
Administration of sales quotations and other documentation as required
Negotiating non – compliance charges
Determining stock availability and allocation of inventory

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
