Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Cooperation with the Department of Engineering and R&D
- Update the new test new test station by using software, application software and hardware
- Helps R&D with the improvement of production FPY including decreasing and increasing development
- Reports to R&D if is observed epidemic failure or production output develops negatively
- Keeps the test stations and test equipment in the current mode (for automatic and manual TS)
- Maintains current testing instructions and working on development of test instructions and test databases
- Provides needed technical support to individual departments of the company
- Defines the types of operations, machinery, equipment and tools for production
- Review the technological documentation of used production program and adapt it to the conditions of production in company
- Propose a comprehensive solution to the technological workplace and associated workspaces
- Solve and introduce new technological units in the production process, solve the transfer of production technology in cooperation with process engineers
- Supervise the proper usage of technological processes
- Implementing staff training when it comes to technological change or detail
- Analyze the production process on a regular basis
- Develop and evaluate analyzes and proposes necessary measures
- Implementing corrective actions in the production process
- Identify fault conditions found in manufacturing
- Identify the cause of nonconforming products in the production process
- Continually identifies and is looking for possible improvements in the production process in cooperation with process engineers

- Programming of one-chip microprocessors, proper understanding of their usage
- Seeking and solving of problems within the electrotechnical equipment or units (experience within the repairs of the defect units)

- Advanced knowledge of LabVIEW, TestStand
- Experience in use of supporting tools
