JOB MISSION


Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst, a passionate self-starter with analytical mind to become a trusted BoD partner. You will play a key role in facilitating communication between your team and the Board, providing important data-driven insights, analysis and recommendations to support company’s strategic decision-making processes.

You will coordinate the team of experts to deliver the best results including both tailor made data analysis and ad-hoc requirements of company leaders and business peers. Become a strategic data driver, business influencer and its forward challenger in the world of modern banking.


YOUR PRIMARY ROLE IS TO


● Act as a trusted partner for company leadership, drive communication to understand their business needs

● Present results to the Board of Directors, while ensuring clear communication and productive interactions

● Drive corporate client segmentation – definition, management and updates

● Corporate banking performance management – setting, evaluation and KPIs, business reporting management

● Cooperte in creation and implementation of segments business strategies

● Preparation of regional business plans and their monitoring

● Identify potential risks and opportunities, make recommendations to the Board

● Partner with internal data providers to ensure accurate and tailor-made delivery

● Cultivate data content and its effective distribution via relevant channels

● Keep an eye on overall data, prepare regular reports and statistics

● Collect and analyze various ad-hoc business data requests

● Monitor feedback and satisfaction of internal clients, while evaluating the effectiveness of the data delivery

● Keep track of the latest company trends, data policies and sources

● Actively participate in conferences and important business meetings

● 5+ years of experience in a position with a primary focus business analytics

● Background in finance/banking field

● Expertise in MS Excel (this is a must have)

● Good knowledge in PowerBI (this is a must have)

● SQL (definitely a nice to have)

● SAS / MS SQL (definitely a nice to have)

● MS Sharepoint (definitely a nice to have)

● B2 level of English

● Great understanding of end-to-end data management to apply best approach

● Good knowledge of the common client segmentation rules

● Creative mind with a natural ability to listen carefully and act accordingly

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain things simply

● Solid negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly
