The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing short- and long-term project delivery. From initial task planning, risk management and communication planning, the Project Manager owns the work.
By partnering with other business units, the Project Manager actively manages scope creep to ensure high quality, timely delivery.


==============================The MISSION of role=========================
• Create and actively manage project plans and drive delivery to milestones and requirements.
• Manage complex projects and tasks by utilizing experience and new information to find innovative solutions.
• Manage, analyze, create project budget and determine appropriate revenue recognition.



==============================Core RESPONSIBILITIES======================
• Lead and create cross functional teams to ensure entrusted projects are on time and within budget.
• Manage schedule/open issues to closure (including quality, cost, timing, customer satisfaction, etc.) by identifying, prioritizing, communicating and reducing risk utilizing all applicable processes, tools, systems and procedures.
• Provide ongoing project status updates to Management and the project team.
• Utilize master level communication skills to ensure all team members are properly informed of changes, decisions, or expectations.
• Consistently employ, share and improve project management processes, standards, templates and best practices.
• Decide priorities in distribution of resources and their use (manpower, material, technical, financial).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company through the identification of lessons learned from the start of the project to the end.
