Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client is looking for Hiring Director, responsible for established network of branches within Slovakia and the Czech Republic, representing the automotive, electrical and mechanical industries.
This position is a stable member of the company's TOP management with approximately 5,000 employees, reporting directly to the General Director.

JOB VISION (general)

Direct management of branch personnel responsible for the recruitment of labor, primarily in regions BA, NR, BB, ZA, PO, KE.


JOB ROLE (competence set)

• Responsibility for setting the correct organizational structure in various stages of business strategy.
• Internal staffing, recruitment management section with the responsibility for particular countries.
• Meeting the requirements of customers in the area of personnel planning and recruitment of their subordinates.
• Value creation by implementation of HR programs & high quality services
• Improving management and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solution and counseling managers and employees.
• Completing special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, developing and organizing information via fulfilling transactions.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Take part in building high performance HR strategy.
• Leading a culture of innovation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Has an overview of the needs of internal employment and overall movement of labor focused on the regions of Slovakia / Czech Republic.
• Sets as well as performs HR marketing activities, emloyer branding, promotes company's culture.
• Builds relationships with institutions related to employee-legal agenda.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

The position can be perfomed by a person who likes to work with people, with experience in team creation, management, motivation of employees, relationship building, marketing skills in addressing defined target group, the ability to adjust processes and information systems.

General division of activities is as follows:
1/3 Management of staff and the establishment of functional organizational structure.
2/3 HR Marketing, Employer Branding.
3/3 Setting up internal processes and supervising their implementation.

The candidate should be a person with a large measure of responsibility for his team's performance and a strong target orientation.

CONDITIONS are flexible working hours and traveling to different branches as needed.
