Job description, responsibilities and duties

JOB VISION (general)

To help create and sustain focused dynamic internal process environment, share advanced capacity and help to build group´s expertise in HR intellectual property and employer commercialization. Implementing various HR programs.


JOB ROLE (competence set)

• Help to establish future employee service pipeline that will increase enterprise standards.
• Value creation by implementation of HR programs & high quality services, including:

staffing, employment lifecycle processing (incl. Labour Code), HR controlling & analytics, basic compensation, records & data management, succession planning, employee relations and retention and completing personnel transactions.

• Improving management and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solution and counseling managers and employees.
• Completing special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, developing and organizing information via fulfilling transactions.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Take part in building high performance HR strategy.
• Leading a culture of innovation.

• Previous experience in Employee lifecycle, Labour Code and Recruitment
