Job description, responsibilities and duties
JOB PROFILE:
• Create, develop and drive the commercial business strategy for our automotive business segment mainly in Europe.
• Participate in commercial negotiations, such as pricing, incentives and conditions.
• Analyze market trends, review pricing, terms and conditions with cross-functional teams.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Engineering.
• Continuous development of relationships on manager and director level to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify new potentials for maximizing economic success.
• Collaboration during the creation phase of corporate marketing and sales strategies and identification of short- and midterm marketing plans.
• Identification, creation and drive of strategic initiatives to ensure additional growth potential in current and future markets.
• Creation of presentations and leading new projects which directly support the sales team.

• 5 to 10 years’ work experience in new business development for production (preferably automotive) segment.
• Understanding/knowledge of production/automotive structural parts processing technologies.
• Understanding/knowledge of production supply chain.
• Team-leading spirit and excellent presentation skills.
• Flexibility and self-organization.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 50%).
• Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Solid diplomacy skills and the ability to interact with Customer Senior Executives.
• Strong customer orientation.
Already existing network with European OEM’s preferable.
• Excellent English or German language
• Advanced MS Office competencies, SAP knowledge preferable
