We are looking for a Supply In Line Sequence mature Leader, PRODUCTION/ASSEMBLY PROFESSIONAL with strong practical experience and knowledge of the following:
• 5 S
• Lean manufacturing
• 6 sigma
• MTM
JOB MISSION:
Ensuring the operational management of production flow through shift leaders, everyday application of customer quality assurance requirements, ensuring customer JIS supplies and continuous improvement of all processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure properly trained, shift personnel setup and their motivation.
Compliance: technological processes, all internal regulations and 5S.
Meeting customer criteria regarding quality, delivery and productivity.
Continuous improvement of processes in the area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The processes and personnel management.
• Achievement of the defined KPIs (ppm customer, assembly scrap, absenteeism)
• Zone, process, certification and customer audits according to defined objectives.
• Implementation and monitoring of 5S compliance.
• Training manufacturing personnel and ensure their motivation.
• Optimization of information flows with other departments.
• Methodical people management and their professional development.
• Design and further implementation of measures leading to production optimization also related to other departments.
• Standardization of work and practice between different shifts.
• Activities in CI area.
• Launch of new projects in terms of production management.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar management position within a major production companies (automotive is a preference, but not a must: Tier 1).
Verifiable strengths in designing and improving processes and work procedures in support of continuous improvement programs.
Experienced in using LEAN MANUFACTURINg to reduce costs and streamline production processes and planning production schedules over multiple shifts.
Versed in all aspects of production including inventory management, quality improvement, safety programs, scheduling and maintenance.
Focused on facilitating the creation of quality products to meet customers’ expectations and achieve company goals.
Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills, collaborate with customer teams to identify and remedy quality issues.
Strong manager, able to train and motivate teams to peak performance. Must have experience with managing people directly in production/assembly operation since he will directly manage 8-9 shift leaders (all together 200 people), reporting to this position.
